Privacy Policy

You can use the site without creating an account or giving us your name or contact details. If you write to us by email or message us on WhatsApp through the “Talk to an Expert” button, we receive what you send (for example your name, phone number, email address and message) and use it only to reply to you.

• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics. When analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, and actions such as opening a fund comparison, following a link to a fund house's website or starting a WhatsApp chat. Google Analytics uses cookies; see our Cookie Notice.

• To provide, maintain and secure the site.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful and improve them.
• To answer your questions when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Only with service providers that run the site for us, such as our hosting provider and Google (for analytics), and only for those purposes; or where the law requires it. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Fund pages link to fund houses' websites, factsheets and documents. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us by writing to info@giftcity360.com.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@giftcity360.com.
